About

Hi, I'm Matt Czimer.

Let's fly together.

As an experienced I.T. Project Manager, I naturally have a passion for evolving and growing within the Tech Field.   Some may find it interesting that while I'm a scientist and a Project Manager, I am also a pilot.

My educational background took me down the path of medicine and biology and with my Bachelors degree in Biology and Medical Science, I decided to build on that foundation of science and merge into information technologies.  I view my MBA as a toolkit that binds my training in the sciences to a discipline that is also quite scientific.  With those passions I also have always had the dream of flying.

I'm a firm believer that having a wide repertoire of interests and skills, sets an individual on a path of not only a richer life but also empowers them to lead and have a stronger and more positive impact on others.  Medicine, Information Technology, Project Management and Aviation all carry some rather notable differences but they can also have similarities that enrichen and embolden the tapestry of one's existence.

During my time training to be a pilot, I found a couple of concepts quite powerful and truly cross-applicable not only in business but also life.

Take off into the wind.   Contrary to what many would consider a struggle, having the wind face you head on, with all of its resistance, is exactly what causes an aircraft to climb higher, faster and with certainty.

Airspeed is king.  Your speed, relative to your surroundings whether that's the air or the market, is what keeps your stability, altitude and your craft in flight.  Lose that speed and you stall.

Those two key concepts can be applied in a world that has many challenges and many 'head-winds'.  I embrace these challenges as I stand poised to fly higher.   Who wants to join me on the trip?
